About the analyst

Independent by construction, not by claim.

Traders Latitude is the trade name of Bothikar Aditya Umakant, an individual Research Analyst registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India under registration number INH000027399, and enlisted with BSE Limited — which acts as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) — under enlistment number 7211.

The practice is run from Udgir, Maharashtra, and covers Indian listed equities and index derivatives. The analyst holds an MBA in Finance together with the NISM certification required of a Research Analyst.

Structural independence. We have no arrangement with any stockbroker, distributor or issuer. We do not manage client money, we do not offer portfolio management or wealth management, and we never trade on a client’s behalf.

Research is published as written reports with a stated rationale, reference levels and time horizon. It is not investment advice, and it is not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance.

No broker ties

No commission, revenue share or referral arrangement with any stockbroker, distributor or exchange member.

No fund handling

We never accept, hold or manage client funds or securities, and we hold no trading authorisation or power of attorney.

Conflicts disclosed

Any financial interest of the analyst or their relatives in a covered security is disclosed in the report itself.

No discrimination

Every subscriber on a package receives the same report at the same time. No early access, no private variants.

The research process

What a report contains, and what it cannot do.

If a message circulating in our name is missing any of the elements below, it is not a Traders Latitude research report. Please tell us if you receive one.

Security and segment

The exact security or index covered, the segment — cash, futures or options — and the exchange.

Rationale

The reasoning behind the view in plain terms, and the publicly available data it rests on.

Reference levels

Entry reference, stop-loss reference and target levels, described as levels the analyst is using — not as instructions to you.

Time horizon

Intraday, swing or positional, so the view can be judged over the period it was actually formed for.

Invalidation and risk

What would make the view wrong, and the specific risks attaching to it.

Disclosures

The analyst's financial interest and holdings in the security, and any other material conflict of interest.

Date and time of issue

Stamped at publication, so the report can be assessed against the information available at that moment.

Analyst identification

The name of the Research Analyst and the SEBI registration number. INH000027399.

Standard warning

The statutory market-risk warning, and the statement that registration does not assure returns.

Honest limits

It cannot tell you whether a trade suits you Reports are written for all subscribers of a package and take no account of your capital, income, existing positions, tax position or tolerance for loss. Suitability is your assessment, or that of a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.
It cannot predict the market A research view is a probabilistic judgement formed from incomplete information. A meaningful proportion of views will be wrong. Any service claiming otherwise is misrepresenting what research is.
It cannot protect your capital A stop-loss reference describes the analyst's invalidation level. It does not execute, it can gap through in fast markets, and it offers no protection against loss.
It cannot be judged by a past record We publish no accuracy percentages, success rates or historical returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and a track record does not transfer to the next report.
Research subscriptions

Three packages. Fees stated in full.

Each package is a subscription to written research reports. It is not portfolio management, not execution, and not personalised investment advice.

No assured returns. Ever. Subscribing does not entitle you to any profit, return or capital protection, and we do not offer any. You may lose part or all of the capital you deploy. Nothing on this page is a promise or projection of performance.

Statutory fee limits

Cap: ₹1,51,000 per annum, per family of client Under the SEBI guidelines effective 8 January 2025, the total fee chargeable to individual and Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) clients is capped at ₹1,51,000per annum, per family of client, across all research services taken from us. “Family of client” means the client, their dependent spouse, dependent children and dependent parents. SEBI reviews the limit every three years against the Cost Inflation Index. The cap does not apply to non-individual clients, accredited investors or institutional investors.
Advance fees: maximum one year We may collect fees in advance for a period not exceeding one year. If you terminate before the paid term ends, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis and no breakage fee is charged.
Combining packages can breach the cap If you are an individual or HUF client, everything you pay us in a year must stay within ₹1,51,000. Twelve months of Traders Latitude Premium (₹96,000) taken together with TL Yearly Premium (₹56,000) would total ₹1,52,000 — over the cap. Tell us about any existing subscription before adding another, and we will structure the term so the cap is respected.

Mandatory investor protection checklist

In line with SEBI requirements, every subscriber must complete the following before any research is rendered or any fee is collected.

KYC through a KRA

Your PAN, name and contact details are verified against the records of a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency. No research is released and no fee is collected before this is complete.

Terms and MITC consent

You receive the terms of the research service together with the Most Important Terms and Conditions, and your explicit consent is recorded before the service begins.

Fee-cap declaration

Individual and HUF clients confirm any other research subscription held with us, so the annual family fee cap is applied correctly across services.

Payment, invoicing and refunds

Payment channel
Fees are accepted only through banking channels — bank transfer, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI(Valid UPI) or a payment gateway — from your own bank account into the account of the registered Research Analyst. Cash is never accepted, and we never ask you to transfer funds to any individual for trading or investment. Always retain the receipt.
Invoice
A tax invoice is issued for every payment received. Check that the invoice is raised in the name of the registered Research Analyst before paying.
Taxes
GST and any other statutory levies are charged over and above the package fee and are not included in the amounts shown above.
Termination and refund
You may terminate at any time. Fees for the unexpired portion of a prepaid term are refunded pro-rata, with no breakage fee. See the refund policy below.
Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your fresh consent. You will be told before a term ends and may choose not to continue.
What the fee does not buy
Access to published research reports for the subscribed term. It does not buy investment advice, order execution, portfolio management, or any assurance about outcomes.
Compliance & grievance desk

Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)

SEBI requires every Research Analyst to disclose a standardised set of Most Important Terms and Conditions and to obtain the client’s consent before rendering research services or charging any fee. The MITC highlights the terms that matter most; it does not replace the complete terms of the research service.

1. Scope of the service

Traders Latitude is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst and is engaged solely in publishing research reports and research recommendations on securities. We are not an Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or Distributor, and we do not act in any of those capacities for you.

2. Research is not personalised advice

Research reports are prepared for a general audience of subscribers. They are not tailored to your financial situation, investment objectives, income, existing holdings, tax position or risk tolerance, and no suitability assessment is carried out for you. Assess suitability independently, or consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.

3. No assured or guaranteed returns

We do not, and are prohibited from, offering or promising any assured return, guaranteed return, minimum profit, capital protection or similar assurance, directly or by implication, in any communication, advertisement or conversation. If any person offers such an assurance in our name, they are not authorised by us — report it to us and to SEBI at once.

4. Market risk and possible loss

Investment in the securities market is subject to market risk. Derivative instruments are leveraged; losses can exceed the amount initially paid and can accumulate rapidly. You may lose part or all of the capital you deploy. Every decision to act on a research report, and every consequence of it, is yours alone.

5. Fees and the statutory fee cap
  • Fees are as stated in your service terms and in the Packages section above, exclusive of GST and other statutory levies.
  • For individual and HUF clients the total fee is capped at ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client across all our research services. SEBI reviews this limit every three years against the Cost Inflation Index.
  • The cap does not apply to non-individual clients, accredited investors or institutional investors.
  • Fees may be collected in advance for a period not exceeding one year.
  • Statutory charges, taxes and payment-gateway charges are additional and are not part of the research fee.
6. Fee collection route

Fees must be paid only through banking channels, from your own self-owned bank account, against a tax invoice raised in the name of the registered Research Analyst. Cash payment is strictly prohibited. We never ask you to transfer funds to any individual for trading or investment.

7. We do not handle your funds or securities

We do not accept, hold, manage or have any access to your money, trading account or demat account. We will never ask for your trading or demat login credentials, passwords or one-time passwords, and you must never share them with us or anyone claiming to represent us.

8. No execution on your behalf

We do not place, modify or cancel any order for you, and we hold no power of attorney or trading authorisation over any account of yours. All execution decisions and actions are yours, through your own broker.

9. Conflicts of interest

The Research Analyst, and where applicable their relatives and associates, may hold positions in covered securities. Any financial interest, beneficial ownership of one per cent or more, and any other material conflict is disclosed in the report itself and in the Standard Disclosures section above. Trading restrictions and cooling-off periods prescribed for Research Analysts are observed.

10. Termination and refund
  • You may terminate the research service at any time by written notice.
  • On termination, the fee for the unexpired portion of a prepaid term is refunded pro-rata.
  • No breakage fee is charged on early termination.
  • We may terminate where you breach the terms, where continuing would breach a law or regulation, or on cessation of our registration — the same pro-rata refund principle applies.
11. Confidentiality and use of your data

Your personal and financial information is kept confidential and used only to provide the research service and meet our regulatory obligations. It is not sold or rented. It may be disclosed where required by law, by SEBI, or by the supervisory body.

12. Use of technology and AI tools

Where any automated tool, model or artificial-intelligence system is used in preparing or distributing research, the Research Analyst remains fully responsible for the security, confidentiality, integrity and output of that tool and for compliance with the regulations, regardless of the scale or scenario of its use. See the AI disclosure in Standard Disclosures above.

13. Records

We maintain records of research reports, the rationale underlying each recommendation, client onboarding documents, consents, fee receipts, communications and complaints for the period required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

14. Grievance redressal

Raise any grievance with the Compliance and Grievance Officer at aditya.bothikar@gmail.com or +91 98234 37927. Grievances are resolved within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, escalate to SEBI SCORES, and thereafter through SMART ODR.

15. Registration is not an endorsement

Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment with a SEBI recognised supervisory body and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Where there is any inconsistency between the MITC, the full terms of service, and the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and the circulars issued under them, the regulations prevail.

Terms of service

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to any research package.

1. Nature of the service

All subscription packages at Traders Latitude are strictly for research reports. We do not provide customised financial planning, personalised investment advice, discretionary or non-discretionary wealth management, or trade execution. All investment choices are made solely by the client.

2. Eligibility and onboarding

Services are offered to residents of India who have completed KYC through a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency, and who have received and consented to the terms of the research service and the MITC. You must provide complete and accurate information at onboarding, and keep it current.

3. Subscription fees and payment

Fees are payable in advance for the subscribed term, through authorised banking channels only (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, net banking or a payment gateway), from your own bank account. Cash is never accepted. Accounts are activated only after KYC verification and recorded consent. The statutory fee cap and the one-year advance-fee limit described above apply.

4. Risk disclosure

Securities market investments are subject to volatility and risk. Historical performance of any recommendation is not indicative of future results. You agree that you are fully aware of market risk and bear sole responsibility for any trading gain or loss.

5. Intellectual property and redistribution

Research reports are licensed to the individual subscriber for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, forwarding, publishing or redistributing reports — including on Telegram, WhatsApp or any other channel — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund, in addition to any legal remedy available to us.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription for breach of these terms, for redistribution of reports, where continuing would breach a law or regulation, or on cessation of our registration. Except in the case of breach by the subscriber, the pro-rata refund principle applies.

7. Limitation of liability

Research reports are opinions formed from publicly available information and the analyst’s observations. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, any research report, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or under the SEBI regulations.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the grievance and Online Dispute Resolution mechanisms prescribed by SEBI, and otherwise to the jurisdiction of the courts at Latur, Maharashtra.

Privacy policy

We respect client confidentiality. During onboarding we collect your name, contact details, PAN and KYC details.

  • All information collected is used solely for identity verification, invoicing, statutory record keeping and delivering research reports.
  • Records are retained for the period required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
  • We do not sell, rent or share client data with third-party marketing companies.
  • Information may be shared only with regulatory or statutory authorities — such as SEBI, the supervisory body, or tax authorities — where officially required under law.
  • Payment data is processed by the banking channel or payment gateway used; we do not store card details.
  • This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your acknowledgement of the entry disclaimer is stored in your own browser for the current session only and is not transmitted to us.
  • To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — subject to our statutory retention obligations — write to aditya.bothikar@gmail.com.
Refund policy
A. Eligible refund scenarios
  • Double payment or billing error. If you are charged more than once due to a gateway or technical error, the duplicate transaction is refunded in full.
